How is this possible?
If we ask ourselves the following three questions,
we get a feel how far or how close we are to a great score.
A) Do we understand our customers so well that when we market an offer, they are looking forward to buying from us and only us?
B) Do we have an offer so compelling to communicate that they are excited to get it? Even if we sell a boring product.
c) Do we follow-up and help them to make sure they're as excited when they have it?
